Light Oat Waffles

Blend all ingredients except sesame seeds until creamy. Preheat 6" non-stick waffle iron on high for 5-8 minutes.When iron is ready, sprinkle some sesame seeds on bottom of the waffle iron, pour ¾ cup batter in iron, and top batter with sprinkled sesame seeds. Close lid and bake for 8-12 minutes. Eat right away or cool on baking rack before freezing. Be sure waffles are separated by wax paper when freezing in Ziploc bag.

These are hands down the BEST waffles I have ever eaten!!!! LOVE them. I make them ahead of time and then we toast in the toaster oven and they crisp up wonderfully. We will spread peanut butter and applesauce on top, or a fruit sauce from blackberries, raspberries, or blueberries, whatever I had in the freezer. Yum!
