In a large skillet, sauté red and orange bell peppers along with the onion in the ½ teaspoon of olive oil over medium heat until vegetables are tender, 5-7 minutes. Add drained beans, green chiles, and black olives and stir. In a microwave, cook rice according to packet directions. Add rice to the skillet and add the remaining seasonings. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
