Drain and rinse beans. In a large bowl combing beans, peppers, onion, celery, and pimentos. In a separate bowl, mix agave, water, lemon juice, salt, and oil together. Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight. Drain liquid before serving or use slotted spoon.
